Stableside Capital is led by Robby Martin, an entrepreneur searching for a company to operate and grow. Robby has over 15 years of experience as an investor in the middle market.

He is advised by a talented group of operating executives and investors who have owned, acquired, and successfully operated leading companies in the industries the firm targets.

Founder and managing partner

Prior to founding Stableside Capital, Robby Martin served as Vice President at Antares Capital, a private investment firm focused on the middle market. In his role at Antares, he was responsible for making debt and equity investments in middle market companies. Prior to his tenure at Antares, Mr. Martin was an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey where he advised clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate strategy. He began his career in the Financial Management Program of General Electric Company. These experiences provide Robby with a unique perspective to adopt best practices from a Fortune 50 company and apply those skills to improve operations in fast-growing and complex business environments.

Robby grew up in Kentucky and received a Bachelors in Finance degree from the University of Kentucky. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and their three children.
